I originally got three estimates after my water heater erupted outside of my living room area causing major flooding in over half of my home. I couldn’t believe what Spartan did for me. I told them I was going to talk to my wife about who we were going to use and, in the meantime, Spartan called me back and said they could send someone out immediately start getting some of the water up before it caused more damage. I explained that we hadn’t made a decision yet and they told me they had a technician nearby that would start getting the water up and if I didn’t go with them on the job, I didn’t owe them anything. They actually cared as much about my situation and wanted to prevent further damage even if they didn’t get the job. My wife was so impressed by this that she basically decided then and there that these were the guys we needed to use. I was so lucky I used this company and I’ll always call them first if I have another emergency.

Christian came to my home and gave me an estimate for a drainage issue I was having. Everyone else I called wanted to send someone back because they had limited room to do the estimate in a dirty crawlspace. Christian told me to hold on a few minutes and we he came back in he had changed into another set of clothes and told me he would take care of right then. I was blown away. He came out filthy and said there was no reason for him to wait, that it was part of his job and he wanted me to know exactly what the problem was to prevent further damage. The quote he gave me was within $300 less than the other company that didn’t even look at the problem that day. I went with Spartan and I am more than happy with their customer service and putting me first.

If you want a smaller local company to take of your job these are your guys. They had professional equipment and were always on time. They had the expertise of the larger disaster companies but their personalized service and attention to detail is what sold me with their company. Very pleased customer!
